This design software, specially developed for Face Your World, allows users in a computer network to design and adapt their own neighborhood. The Interactor provides a photo-realistic 3-D representation of their immediate surroundings. As all players find themselves in the same world at the same time, they have to communicate, negotiate and cooperate in order to achieve a good result. By creatively bringing together the various interests that play a part in urban processes, players gain insight into common interests. They can run through the entire design process of exploration, sketches, consultation and design. With the help of a pencam, a digital camera, users can also add elements that are still missing or that are important to them.
