Abdel even wrote a story in which attention to security continually comes up: ‘I want a lot of things in my ideal park, but it depends on how old the children would be. For children under 7, I want a slide, a swing, lighting, and a fountain, but there has to be a fence around the fountain, because if there is no fence then it’s dangerous for small children. And I also want a paddling pool for children (which must be cleaned every other week) because if it isn’t cleaned then it’s no good. And I also want a seesaw so that children can seesaw.’
